Since our last post, COVID-19 has hit Norfolk. I am glad I have already taken steps to protect my vendors through this troubling time. Whilst many people are reacting in different ways, it’s important that you have support and guidance from your agent and a plan to carry on, business as usual for as long as possible. Many customers I have spoken to over the past days have had varying different conversations with their agents, some more worrying than others. A natural fact of life is that people will always need to move and will always need homes, and remember, we are all paddling in the same boat here, so DO NOT PANIC, Many people are feeling the concerns you are feeling, what you must remember to do is look after yourself and those closest to you. The property market WILL survive, with technology on our hands it’s the logical solution to help bring buyers and sellers back together in the safest manner whilst we all wait for things to settle. Keep your door open and embrace technology the best way you can.
