2019 Was a difficult year for Hum, I could see she had ideas but getting the ‘Ducks in a row’ proved difficult. She promised me that one day, she will make everything better for us, it’s only a matter of time. Hum sat scribbling pictures of boxes and ticks on post-it notes, designing logos she called it. She also spent a great deal of time talking to others about ‘what could we improve in the estate agent sector’ and ‘what Is important to you as a customer when dealing with an estate agent’ she seemed to care a lot about this new venture and had lots of ideas on how she could improve a client’s experience with their estate agent. From my point of view, she was busier than ever! I was in my new smaller back garden but she still disappeared off to ‘work’ every day.

Hum stopped disappearing off to ‘Work’ and our adventure began…
The real change in our lives came when Hum found the perfect office on Aylsham Road in Norwich. ”This is the one” and she bounced up and down uncontrollably… Maybe she found herself some biscuits I thought to myself.. I do love biscuits… Within a month, Hum stopped leaving me ‘to go to work’ and we both had a biscuit stash at our new office. Hum slapped white liquid over the walls and hung stuff off them, I liked it when she painted the wood on the floor because it meant I could sit in her lap and stop her moving around so fast.
Cuddles are the best! Hum said that although she loved cuddles too, my tail was not best placed in the gloss paint, so she invested in a dog gate to keep me safe in the rear office whilst the front office was renovated. It took her several dog years (Human Months) but she got it done and we moved in my spare bed and toys into the Office.
