It’s been a month since the property market re-opened, and as a region, the statistics support property prices have now risen to 1.8% Since March, and up 2.6% Annually. Week to week has been varied, however we have seen an increased demand in viewings and enquiries last week and into this week moving forward. This week alone our viewing requests have doubled by 50% of what we were achieving before lockdown. Whilst we don’t have 100% of buyers able to proceed due to lockdown fallout and furlough, and we continue navigate through social distancing, The next few weeks will give us more insight into how the market will recover. We have seen that a lower supply of property available backed up by a release in the property market re-opening, has meant most property prices are holding strong. As always – presentation and sensible pricing are key, however with us, presentation is our passion, so you don’t need to worry there!
