Step inside:
A wealth of opportunity awaits you.
This wonderful bungalow has been loved and improved over the years and now offers the perfect scope for someone to create a wonderful home.
As you enter, the kitchen diner is found on the right and has plenty of space to enjoy. There is a fully fitted kitchen with space for all your appliances. The oven was fitted early this year. A door leads out into the rear garden from the kitchen.
On the left of the hallway, you'll find bedroom 4 which is currently used as an office. There is also a floor safe in this room - another quirky feature to benefit from.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find the large and bright reception room which offers ample space to furnish and enjoy. The large window to the front lets plenty of light through. To the right of the reception room, an arch grants access to a further area which could be a dining area or playroom, from here, sliding patio doors give access to the lovely conservatory.
An inner hallway then leads to Bedrooms one and two, both of these bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and storage which will remain for the new owners. There is also a large storage cupboard in the inner hallway and access to the main bathroom, which is currently fitted out to be used as a wet room.

Upstairs, you'll find a further bedroom which is a great size and has access to its own en-suite Cloakroom! Two large windows let lots of natural light into this room.

Overall, the property has been rented for many years and cherished by the current family. The boiler and heating systems were overhauled in 2015 and are serviced yearly, whilst the electrics have been checked this year (2020) ad benefit from a safety certificate.

Step Outside;
Gates give access to the front driveway, and the front garden is currently laid out to accommodate a driveway to the right and a large grassed lawn to the left. There is also a large feature 'monkey puzzle' tree in the front garden. At the end of the driveway Two wooden gates give access to the car port which goes through into the rear garden.
The rear garden is currently laid out with a lawned area, then several specimen fruit and decorative trees follow a path down to the end of the garden. There is also a large workshop with power and lighting, and a wooden shed with a covered storage area to boot.

The Area;
Hellesdon has a number of small independent shops. A large Asda superstore and petrol filling station. The area also has a B&Q store, six schools (one high school, two junior schools and three infant schools), and Norwich International Airport.
The high school, Hellesdon High School, is a leading-edge academy. Norwich airport is owned by the Rigby Group, and flights travel to destina-tions throughout Europe, as well as the British Isles. There is a library, and a community centre for use by local clubs such as Hellesdon Horticultural Association and the Hellesdon Community Choir. The local football team, Hellesdon FC, play at the community centre. The commu-nity centre was used to hold the World Cycle Speedway championships in 1987.
There are two pubs in Hellesdon, The Whiffler and The Chestnut Tree, which was formally called The Bull. The roundabout adjacent to The Chestnut Tree is still referred to as “The Bull roundabout” and some residents objected to the name change as The Bull had a long history in the area. The former pub The Man On The Moon is now the Hellesdon doctor's surgery. Another former pub, The Bignold Arms, is now a fish restaurant and takeaway, and "The Firs" is now a Tesco Express. The Falcon became a Co-op Daily, but this closed in 2019. The building is now an office location.

There are several other leisure destinations including Funky's roller skating club and a snooker hall. There are also several parks and green spaces to enjoy.
