A welcoming entrance makes you feel at ease, with neutral decor and good proportions, the wide entrance stair case sets a tone of quality to follow.
At the top of the stairs there is space for storage, coats and shoes etc. The current owners have a large storage unit here (see photos).
A door leads into the main hallway, allowing you to completely close off the entrance hall.
Once in the hall, you have access to all rooms independently, as well as a very handy storage cupboard.
The living area itself is bright and has good natural light. The living area looks out over the front aspect of the property, towards the town and high street.
The room is decorated neutrally, whilst the warm tones of the oak floor add a certain depth and cozyness to the room.
There is plenty of room to enjoy furnishing (see floor plan for room measurements) and even space for a dining area!
The kitchen is well laid out and ready for you to enjoy cooking up a storm! Tiled floors and part tiled walls, combined with a range of wall and base units provide storage, and there is space for your appliances. There is a stainless steel sink and drainer, and the aspect of the kitchen window is again out towards the front of the property. Perfect for those just getting started, the sale is to include the following appliances: Kettle, Toaster, Fridge and Washing machine, AEG Hob & Bush Oven also included!

The principal bedroom is a good size, and has a large built in wardrobe included in the sale of the property. Perfect for every fashionista, offering lots of practical storage space. The room comfortably fits a large bed, and further furniture. There is also a fantastic feature wall in this room which went on to inspire me personally!
Bedroom two again is a good size, currently used as a his and hers office, with lots of storage, this room again would accommodate a double bed if needed.
Finally, to complete the tour, you'll find the spacious bathroom accessed via the main hall. This bathroom offers ample space, and is well fitted out with tiled floors, part tiled walls, white bath suite with shower over, white W.C and hand wash basin. The Area;
Steeped in history, located close by to amenities, and the golden Norfolk Coastline, Stalham is a real Norfolk Gem.
